You will therefore first receive the goods and have 14 days to pay the invoice directly to Klarna. You will receive the invoice by email as soon as we send your parcel. If you still have questions about your invoice, please contact Klarna directly.

Klarna will send you an access link that you can use to call up your invoice. This is not a permanently created customer account, but a temporary access.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email with all the information you need to complete the transfer.

This is how the bank transfer works step by step

1. Select bank transfer as your payment method
2. Check your details again and click on Buy
3. A new window will open with all the information you need for the transfer

Have you paid, but you're not sure if your payment was successful? First check whether the money has been transferred from your bank account. If this is not the case, you can place your order again.

Has the money been transferred but you have not received an order confirmation? We advise you to wait a while. It can take a while for us to receive payments and send you the confirmation of your order. Please check the order form to see if you have entered the correct e-mail address. If the e-mail address you entered is correct and you have not received confirmation of your order, please contact our customer service.

Once you have filled your shopping cart, you can use your discount code.
