Konjac pasta:
CleanFoods Konjac Pasta is already cooked and therefore ready to use. All you have to do is rinse RawSpaghetti, RawNoodles, RawRice, RawLasagne and RawFettucinne in a sieve with cold water.
RawPastas can be fried briefly in a pan (with oil) or heated in the microwave. Then add your favorite herbs, sauce, vegetables or meat/fish/meat substitute. You can vary endlessly with our RawPastas.
Warning: Glucomannan powder (konjac) should always be taken with sufficient water to ensure that it reaches the stomach. Not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties.

RawPasta VS Pasta!
One major advantage is the calorie intake: Normal pasta usually contains more than 400 kcal per 100 grams, while raw pasta contains only 6 kcal per 100 grams.
